Jacob Cohen is a serial entrepreneur, corporate finance and executive management professional with over 20 years of investment banking and capital markets experience having started and growing multiple companies in various industry sectors including marketing, advertising, healthcare, IT and financial services.

Prior to founding Mangoceuticals, Inc., Mr. Cohen was the co-founder and managing partner of several boutique investment bank and strategic advisory firms where he advised both early and later stage companies in raising capital in the form of debt and/or equity and in both private and public markets.

Prior to his experiences in investment banking, Mr. Cohen served as the Chief Financial Officer of The Renewed Group, Inc., a manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of eco-friendly and sustainable apparel primarily made from recycled textiles and under the brand name REUSE JEANS from 2010 through the end of 2013. Further, Mr. Cohen served from 2008 through 2010 as Executive Vice President and Controller of Metiscan, Inc., a publicly traded company, and as the President and Chief Executive Officer of one of its subsidiaries, Shoreline Employment Services, Inc. During his tenure at Metiscan, Mr. Cohen was instrumental in restructuring, reorganizing and operating the company and its five subsidiaries, and successfully raised over $8 million in equity financing for growth capital. Mr. Cohen also spearheaded the company’s financial audit process and managed its various filings with the SEC.

Mr. Cohen has served as Chief Executive Officer of Mangoceuticals, Inc. since October 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Amanda Hammer has been a member of the MangoRx team since late 2022 and has been instrumental in launching and optimizing MangoRx’s eCommerce platform. She is a proven leader with a track record of success having recently completed a 4-year tenure at D Magazine Partners, a Dallas based multimedia company, where she held roles leading Audience Development, Brand, and Digital Operations, quickly rising to become the company’s first named Chief Operations Officer. Prior to that, Amanda worked in private equity consulting and assisting newly acquired business verticals with optimizing sales and marketing processes, improving subscription retention, and training new talent to enhance productivity and maximize revenue streams.

Amanda obtained dual Bachelor of Arts degrees—in Graphic Design and Communication Studies—from the University of Iowa. She has also obtained a Negotiation and Leadership Certificate from Harvard Law School and is a recent graduate of the Texas Women’s Foundation Leadership Institute.

Mr. Johnston has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since October 2022. Since February 2015, Mr. Johnston has served as Audit Manager for Greentree Financial Group, Inc., an accounting and auditing firm. From August 1999 to September 2014, Mr. Johnston served as Chief Executive Officer of Peoplesway.com, Inc., a skincare and nutritional products company, and from August 1999 to present, Mr. Johnston has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Peoplesway.com, Inc. From January 1999 to July 1999, Mr. Johnston served as Chief Executive Officer of RMC Group, Inc., a skincare and nutritional products company. Prior to that, from April 1987 to January 1989, Mr. Johnston served as Vice President of Sales Administration at WeCare Distributors, Inc., a skincare and nutritional products company.

Mr. Johnston received a Bachelor’s in Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Charlotte.

A passionate doctor with over 20 years of experience, Dr. Rudman has taken his experience with the medical and surgical problems that patients face into a new role that focuses on preventing illness and preserving wellness. He has seen excellent doctors make incredible advances in treating diseases with surgery and medicine that were unimaginable 20 years ago; however, our environment continues to challenge our bodies making it more and more difficult for us to fight the negative effects of aging and our environment. Dr. Rudman has joined the growing fight with numerous other physicians to focus on balancing our western medical approach to disease with a heavy concentration on the preservation of wellness and the prevention of illness.

As a board-certified Anesthesiologist since 1997, Dr. Rudman has had the pleasure of treating thousands of patients across every age group. He has seen first-hand the consequences and side effects of conventional medical treatment as well as the implications on the ultimate surgical management of disease processes. Throughout his career he has witnessed the progressive increase in obesity and related diseases that have become the result of the modern-day environment in which we live. This issue has not only accelerated to become more common than not, it has also been progressively occurring at a younger average age. This study over the years, has led Dr. Rudman to the conclusion that there is a missing piece – treating and preserving wellness is something that we as a medical community can be doing better, especially as the outside environmental threats continue to make it more difficult to stay “Well”.

Dr. Rudman attended Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois for his undergraduate training. Here he completed his pre-medical studies while obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in History. He then continued to the University of Missouri securing his Doctorate in Medicine before going back to Northwestern University for an advanced residency training in Anesthesiology. Here at Northwestern, Dr. Rudman proudly served as Chief Resident during his final year. After 20 years of leading several successful medical practices, he began to devote his attention toward the board certification process and is now Board Certified in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).

Aaron Andrew is a serial technology entrepreneur and investor. A social media visionary, Mr. Andrew is responsible for starting and running one of the largest creator networks in the world with a global reach of 85+ million people. He launched and currently operates the largest Snapchat discovery app, and the largest link landing page app. Mr. Andrew has run targeted marketing campaigns for several Fortune 500 companies and leading technology start-ups. In addition, Mr. Andrew is also a prolific start-up investor and serves on the board of several private companies including Ceartas DMCA, Next Health, and Edge Payments where he provides invaluable insights and guidance on achieving growth through social media and influencer marketing campaigns. Through his various companies, Mr. Andrew has significant expertise in Internet Technologies, Web Design/Development, Digital Media Marketing, and Copyright & Brand Protection.

Dr. Douglas Christianson is a Naturopathic Doctor with over a decade of expertise in Alternative/Integrative health, presently serving as the Naturopathic Doctor, Clinical Director of Operations and Vice President of Sales at Metabolize Health since March 2023. Proficient in formulating patient optimization strategies and deeply versed in integrative modalities, Dr. Christianson maintains an unwavering commitment to staying abreast of advancements in Integrative/Alternative medicine. Prior to this role, Dr. Christianson held the position of Clinical Director of Operations at Pure Health Medicine from September 2020 to January 2023, spearheading the development of evidence-based therapies and overseeing clinical operations. Earlier, from 2010 to 2015, Dr. Christianson contributed as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist at PRO Sports and Spinal Rehab, working closely with elite athletes, including those from the NFL, NBA, and the Olympics. Dr. Christianson hold multiple certifications from esteemed institutions such as Bastyr University of California, with specializations in IV therapies, neural therapy, and regenerative joint injections.
